Shipping - We Ship Free to all Indonesia.
- Free domestic shipping on all orders above Rp250.000 (Excludes Sale Events) and orders below this will be required to pay standard shipping rate:
- Bali – Lombok (Rp15.000) Jabodetabek – Jawa (Rp25.000) Sumatera (Rp.35.000)
- Kalimantan - Sulawesi (Rp40.000) Indonesia East (Rp50.000)
- Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
- Discounted merchandise may take an additional 24-48 hours to process.
- Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over Rp500,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return and please let us know what you would like in return.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same package and condition that you received it.

Refunds/ Exchanges or Store Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately there are no returns for items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. Unfortunately special orders are not returnable. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and special order items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
